UCI HARDNESS TESTER
UCI Hardness Tester is a high-precision hardness tester designed for the rapid measurement of metal hardness in laboratory, construction, and field settings. This machine is available with the model number UCI TKM459CE.
The equipment is designed for non-destructive quality assurance testing in industries such as metallurgy, mechanical engineering, aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear power, and oil & gas.

- Items heavier than 1 kg and thicker than 2 mm need no additional preparation;
- Items lighter than 1 kg should be fixed in a vice clamp or on a support plate by fixing paste;
- Items thinner than 2 mm should be fixed in a vice clamp or on a support plate by fi xing paste;
- Roughness of controlled surface providing best measurement accuracy is 1.6 RA.

The Parameters of the Statistical Processing of Measurements
